"Running" is story about self-realization and coping with internal struggles. It tells a tale of a person drifting through life, constantly searching far and wide for a purpose. But searching the highest mountain doesn't always lead you to the river you've been looking for. In some cases, it hides quietly right in front of you throughout your entire journey. All it takes is a mental act of stepping back to see all that you've already had, which just so happens to be the very thing you've been searching for.
